Janette Clark

Janette Clark, 94, of Fulton, was called to her Heavenly home on Monday, May 13, 2019. She was born in Mexico, Missouri on February 27, 1925, the daughter of the late Oscar Pehle and the late Goldie (Lutin) Pehle. Janette was united in marriage to Edwin Garlock and Frank Clark. Both preceded her in death. Janette worked over 40 years at Blattner's Clothing Store. She was a Girl Scout Leader and a member of First Christian Church and the Garden Club. She enjoyed playing cards and games, reading, and sewing. She will be fondly remembered by daughter, Myrna Backer and her husband Dale of Fulton; granddaughters, Laura Heider and her husband Dustin, and Sara Barber and her husband Jared; and great-grandchildren, Adelyn and Lilyan Heider, and Quinn and Truman Barber. Along with her parents and husbands, Janette was preceded in death by brothers, Wesley and Warren Pehle. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Callaway Memorial Gardens with Reverend Mindy Kiepe officiating.
