April Dawn Wilmsmeyer, 42, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. April was born on April 17, 1976 in Fulton to the late William and Susan Allen Wilmsmeyer. She attended South Callaway School before she became a Certified Nurses Aide and worked at Riverview Nursing Center in Mokane, Missouri. April enjoyed camping, fishing and watching horror movies but her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Angel (Josh) O'Neal of Williamsburg, Missouri; sisters, Loretta Adams of Fulton and Sarah (Melvin) Miller of Steedman, Missouri; brother, Floyd (Jennifer) Allen of Portland, Missouri; grandchildren, Brantley and Mia O'Neal; along with nieces and nephews, William, Cassidy, Ethan, Ashton, Ellynne, Clayton and Christian. April was also preceded in death by five grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Callaway Christian Church in Fulton. The family will receive guests from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the church. A benefit dinner and silent auction will be held from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2018, also at Callaway Christian Church in Fulton.
