Randy Joseph Rice

Randy Joseph Rice, 63, formerly of Fulton, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at his home in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Randy was born on January 16, 1954 in Mexico, Missouri to Bud and Annie Cain Rice who preceded him in death. He was married to Nancy Adams of Fulton in 1982. He was a graduate of Fulton High School and received his Associates Degree from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. Randy worked for MODOT for over 20 years until his retirement in 2016 and attended First Church of Christ in Fulton. Randy lived on the Lake so that he could enjoy fishing and having fish fries with his family and friends. He also enjoyed golfing, woodworking and all types of carpentry work. Randy is survived by one son, Tyler Rice and fiancée Melissa Chick of Jefferson City; one daughter, Leann Rice of Fulton; sister, Shirley (Charlie) Peery of Fulton and two nieces, Shelly Evans of Ohio and Kimberly (Craig) Baer of Columbia, Missouri. Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
