Jimmy Dale Schaefer, 30, of Williamsburg, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016. He was born on October 21, 1985, in Fulton, the son of Norman Schaefer and Mary (Fennel) Schaefer. Jimmy graduated from North Callaway High School and went on to complete his education at Nashville Auto Diesel College. He was employed at True Manufacturing. Jimmy was your typical country boy who loved hunting, fishing, riding horses, bonfires, country music, and having a beer. Those remaining to mourn his passing include his parents, Norman and Mary of Williamsburg; son, William Mathen Schaefer of Neb.; brother, Doug Schaefer of Williamsburg; sister, Tammy (Curtis) Raithel of Russellville, their children, Ann and Kyle; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; numerous friends; and special friend, Vicky Maddox. Jimmy was preceded in death by grandparents, Brooks and Frances Fennel, and William and Barbara Schaefer; and uncle, Karl Schaefer. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2016 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Mike Crowson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Boulevard, Fulton, MO 65251, for a fund that will be set up for Jimmy's son.
