Clifford Paul Vandeloecht

Clifford Paul Vandeloecht, 80, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016, at his home surrounded by his family. Clifford was born April 5, 1936 in Steedman, Missouri to Leslie and Elda Becker Vandeloecht and they preceded him in death. He was married on July 13, 1957 in Fulton to Rose Fink and she survives. He worked at numerous jobs including the dairy farm at the State Hospital, helped build houses for his family, and he worked at A.P. Green until his retirement. Clifford enjoyed traveling, camping and fishing on the Osage River, driving his Model A, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and attending the Jacobs Cave Swap Meet in Versailles, but his greatest love was spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a loving and wonderful husband, father grandfather and great-grandfather. Along with his wife of 59 years, he is also survived by daughters, Angela (Kevin) Johnson, Tanya (Ronnie) Beasley, Danette Vandeloecht and Heidi (Larry) Robinson, all of Fulton; brothers, Bob (Treva) Vandeloecht and Charles (Joyce) Vandeloecht, both of Fulton; sisters, Ruby Liddle and Phyllis (Richard) Schwallenstecker, both of Fulton; grandchildren, Samantha Johnson of Columbia, Missouri, Austin Johnson of Fulton, Mark (Torrie) Beasley of Indiana, Amber (Calvin) Hargadine of Seaside, California, Clay (Taylor Holt) Robinson of Fulton and Cole Robinson of Fulton; seven great-grandchildren along with many other loving family members and friends, including his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, who he treated as his own sisters and brothers. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Harold, Wayne and Ronnie Vandeloecht; and sisters, Irene Pope, Garnell Hook and Bonnie Adams. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the funeral home.
