Cecelia Ann Theresa Smith

Cecelia Ann Theresa Smith, 64, of Kingdom City passed away Monday, November 14, 2011 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City. Cecelia was born November 6, 1947 to the late Joseph and Wilma (Stubblefield) Blackford. She is survived by her husband Gary of the home, her children, Michael Key, Matthew Key, Lisa McKee and Sherry (Christopher) Feltner; her siblings; Nick Blackford, Patricia Cromwell, Rusty Chalcraft, Paul Blackford, and Kathy Harold as well as seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Richland Baptist Church in Kingdom City. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
