Susan Marlene Ziese

Susan Marlene Ziese, 61, of Auxvasse, passed away Monday, November 7, 2011. at Capital Regional Medical Center. She was born on February 16, 1950, the daughter of the late Melvin Jackson and Edna (Childress) Jackson. Susan liked playing bingo and listening to North Callaway football games on the radio. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and with her great-grandson. Ms. Ziese will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Benjamin Wiser of Fulton; two daughters, Shannon Wiser of Auxvasse, and Kim Beasley and husband Jim of Auxvasse; three brothers, James Jackson and wife Wanda of Illinois, David Jackson and wife Terri of Illinois, and Murl Jackson and wife Renee of El Paso, Texas; one sister, Patricia Beesley and husband Joe of Illinois; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, Ms. Ziese was preceded in death by one brother, Charlie Jackson; and three sisters, Ivy Mae Jackson, Mary Eleanor Jackson, and Cleta Isabelle Jackson. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 11, 2011, at Maupin Funeral Home with Reverend Mike Crowson officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2011, at Maupin Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Fulton.
