Patricia “Pat” Bentley

Patricia "Pat" Bentley, 75, of Fulton passed away Friday, December 23, 2011, at Callaway Community Hospital. She was born in Fulton on June 6, 1936, the daughter of the late Leland Breid and Frances (Bodkin) Breid. On November 3, 1954, she was united in marriage to Bob Bentley who survives at their home. Pat owned Callaway Reality for over 20 years. She was a charter member of the ABWA. She enjoyed bowling, cooking, going down to Lake Thunderbird and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Pat will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Chuck Bentley of Fulton; two grandchildren, Gavin Bentley and Kylie Bentley; two sisters, Thelma Turley and Helen Teel of Fulton. She was preceded in death by one son, Robert D. "Bobby" Bentley; one brother, James Breid; three sisters, Gloria Fitzpatrick, Billie Gehrig and Mary McMamee. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri, with Steve Mallinckrodt officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri. Interment will be held at Steedman Cemetery.
