Elnora Mary Hagood

Elnora Mary Hagood, 82, of Fulton, passed away Monday, December 5, 2011, at Golden Living Center in Wellsville. She was born in St. Charles, the daughter of the late Elmore Blaine Turner and Anna (Ries) Turner. On June 30, 1945, she was united in marriage to Henry Dunbar Hagood, who preceded her in death on June 19, 2001. Elnora was a member of the Assembly of God Church and Hatton Community Club. She liked babysitting, reading, and puzzles. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, taking walks, and going to rummage sales. Elnora will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons, Reverend Elmer Hagood and wife Geri of Ewing, and David Hagood and wife Robin of Ozark; two daughters, Mary Tull of Fulton and Karen Rothove and husband Duane of Fulton; 11 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren, four step- grandchildren, and one- great-great-grandchild. In addition to her husband and parents, Elnora was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2011, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. also at Maupin Funeral Home.
