Volleyball: Kingdom Christian 3, Missouri School for Deaf 0

Junior McKenna Carnahan came up with 12 kills to spark the visiting Kingdom Christian Lady Saints to a 33-32, 25-19 and 25-19 triumph over the MSD Lady Eagles on Tuesday night.

Sophomore Kaitlyn Phillips and freshman Alyssa Deuel both had five kills for Kingdom Christian Academy. Senior Emma Tracy topped the Lady Saints with five aces, while Phillips and sophomore Madison Auer tallied three apiece.

Senior hitter Elizabeth Harrison led MSD (0-5) with three kills and two aces. Senior hitter Avalon Saxton chipped in with two kills, while senior setter Cheyenne Dickerson and sophomore blocker Delanzia Hayes each had one.

The Lady Eagles play at North Callaway at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27.
