The seventh-ranked Lady Owls moved their season record to 11-5 by shutting out the Lady Lynx in Wednesday's American Midwest Conference matchup at the Suzanne Neal Memorial Tennis Complex.

William Woods University was coming off a narrow 5-4 loss at Washington University - ranked No. 12 in NCAA Division III - on Tuesday.

The Lady Owls return to St. Louis on Friday to face AMC foes Missouri Baptist University (11 a.m.) and St. Louis College of Pharmacy (3 p.m.).
