Year after year, the Fulton NAACP and Youth Life Improvement Association have celebrated Callaway County's African American seniors.
For the 26th consecutive year, they did just that with their Senior Citizens' annual Holiday Luncheon on Friday at Sir Winston's in Fulton.
"We have been blessed with our seniors of the Fulton and Callaway County community," Jack McBride, Fulton NAACP president, said. "We're just sharing these blessings."
More than 20 seniors from Callaway County and as far as St. Louis came together to reminisce over a fresh meal. They were also joined by Fulton Councilman Steve Moore, Mayor LeRoy Benton and Police Chief Steve Myers.
