MoDOT forum set Tuesday on state highway plan

Only chance to hear Mid-Missouri views

A Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) forum to gather the views of Callaway County and other Mid-Missouri residents will be Tuesday evening in Columbia.

The Central Missouri "On the Move" update is one of 16 MoDOT public forums scheduled around the state.

This session is the only opportunity for interested Callaway County and other Mid-Missouri residents to attend a MoDOT On the Move forum in Central Missouri.

University of Missouri President Timothy Wolfe will host the first listening session from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Reynolds Alumni Center, 123 Reynolds Alumni Center, Conley and Maryland avenues in Columbia.

Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the program starting at 6 p.m. The event is open to the public. But because of limited seating, attendees are asked to reserve a seat by e-mailing [email protected] or by visiting http://www.missourionthemove.org and reserving a seat online on the RSVP tab by noon on Monday.
