
A water main break Tuesday night has put about a dozen homes in Fulton on a precautionary boil order until 2 a.m. Friday.
Water department officials confirmed with the Fulton Sun that a main break at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday put Forest Avenue off of Route Z near the Fulton Country Club and a few houses on the south end of Church Street on the order.
Affected residents were notified by fliers to boil their water for about three minutes prior to consumption for the duration of the advisory.
