Senior Jenny McCarty won the girls' 1,600 meters and took second in the 800 on Friday in Fulton's annual Don Dobson Invitational at the high school athletic complex.
McCarty triumphed in the 1,600 with a time of 5 minutes, 19 seconds, while coming in second in the 800 in 2:26. Junior Hayley Tobias also paced the Lady Hornets with second- and third-place finishes in the 300 (:53.05) and 100 (:17.86) hurdles, respectively.
