Two area women were taken into custody Thursday night after a search warrant executed at a residence on Glover Street yielded drugs.
At 8:40 p.m., the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG Task Force served a narcotics search warrant at 104 Glover St. in Fulton.
"It was a MUSTANG-generated search warrant," said Maj. Roger Rice with the FPD. "They developed the case and came to us and we assisted in serving the warrant."
Laikyn Anderson, 25, of Fulton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was taken to the Callaway County Jail pending $5,000 bond.
Amanda Clubb, 38, of Mexico, was arrested on an outstanding Audrain County warrant for failure to appear, with a bond of $3,000.
According to a Fulton Police Department press release, the investigation is ongoing.
