NoCal school bus collides with SUV

At about 7:30 a.m. today an accident involving a North Callaway School District bus was reported to the Fulton Police Department.

According to the report, the bus was traveling west on the crossover of Highway 54 at the intersection of County Road 210 when it failed to yield to an SUV and the vehicles collided. The driver of the SUV, Becky Crocker, 48, of Fulton, was transported by EMS to University Hospital in Columbia with moderate injuries. A 5-year-old male student on the bus was also taken to University Hospital for a bump on his head.

FPD reported there were 20 passengers on the bus at the time of the accident and both vehicles suffered major damage and had to be towed from the scene.

The bus driver was Patricia Klott, 54, of Warrenton.
