Facing three first-degree murder and one attempted murder charges, Joshua Maylee, 24, Holts Summit, pleaded not guilty Monday in Callaway County Circuit Court to two felony theft charges.
Maylee's not guilty plea was entered on his behalf by Public Defender Noel Erinjeri.
Maylee waived a right to appear at his arraignment before Circuit Judge Jodie C. Asel and the public defender entered his plea of not guilty. Last week Maylee waived his right to appear at an arraignment and a preliminary hearing in Callaway County Associate Circuit Court on the two felony theft charges.
