The Fulton Youth Life Improvement Association and Fulton Branch NAACP will sponsor their annual Dr. Martin Luther King and Black History Celebration on Sunday afternoon.
This event will be at the Guiding Light Missionary Baptist Church Annex, 103 Westminster Ave., Fulton. Program time is 3 p.m.
Maj. General Army Retired Byron Bagby, a Fulton native, is the keynote speaker for this event. Presentations from area community youth are also part of the program. Rev. Charles Jackson is host pastor.
