Police are asking for help identifying suspects in a church burglary reported Tuesday.
The stone church at 107 W. Sixth St. in Fulton had been abandoned, according to a police report. It was formerly the Assembly of God, then a funeral home, according to a local resident whose family was connected to the church.
When police arrived, they discovered shattered windows, broken light fixtures and other chandeliers damaged. Police said a neighbor had reported the sound of glass breaking July 17.
