Robyn Frame, Bartley Elementary kindergarten teacher, has been recognized by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as one of three Regional Teachers of the Year. Frame is eligible for the Missouri State Teacher of the Year award, which will be announced later this year. "I make it my goal to achieve greatness with each child," she said. "I want (them) to know they are fabulous and can achieve anything they set their mind to."
