KINGDOM CITY, Mo. - An Auxvasse woman was arrested Monday after deputies found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in her vehicle.
Dawn Humphrey, 38, faces a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance.
Lt. Curtis Hall of the Callaway County Sheriff's Office ssaid at 3:19 a.m., deputies patrolling near Kingdom City stopped a vehicle driven by Humphrey near County Road 210 and U.S. 54. While investigating a traffic violation, deputies also discovered the mentioned items.
Humphrey was taken to the Callaway County Jail. The court set her bond at at $4,500. Further arrests and/or charges are possible, Hall noted.
