A Fulton man was arrested Sunday after police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Anthony Street.
Upon arrival about 4:30 p.m., officers made contact with a woman who had been assaulted. They found the male suspect, Darrell E. Giboney, 51, at a local park and arrested him.
Giboney was charged with: first-degree domestic assault, first-degree kidnapping, second-degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and felony tampering with a victim. He was transported to the Callaway County Jail with no bond.
