Holts Summit Board of Alderman will receive updates today about ongoing projects.
According to the agenda, today's meeting will feature an update on the sewer system project progress. The city's plans for the Aug. 21 eclipse will also be discussed.
Aldermen will also touch on a topic closer to home: term length.
They will discuss "potentially changing the term of alderman/alderwoman from two to four years," the agenda states.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Holts Summit Municipal Center, 245 S. Summit Drive, and will be open to the public.
