Baby Bonanza, Central Missouri's premier baby expo, is scheduled for 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Hospital, 2505 Mission Drive.
The sixth annual event, sponsored by JCMG and St. Mary's Hospital, will feature nearly 30 booths focused on providing information and products useful to new parents. The event also features educational sessions on what to pack for the hospital and beyond, breastfeeding and pumping basics, and what to do if you experience the baby blues.
There's also a session for dads to hear from experienced fathers and learn how to prepare or how to manage life with the newest member of their family.
New for this year is the Little Mr. and Miss Baby Bonanza parade, featuring those who attended the first two Baby Bonanza events. Attendees will also find out the winner of the News Tribune's Cutest Baby Contest. There will also be a baby crawling contest and door prizes.
