A Jefferson City man was hurt in an accident Saturday afternoon while riding his bicycle on the Katy Trail in Callaway County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the accident occurred at 1:39 p.m. at the intersection with County Road 391. Micah Roberts, 20, was crossing 391 and was struck by a vehicle driven by Ashley Korsmeyer, 33, of Holts Summit.
Roberts was treated for moderate injuries, and Korsmeyer had no reported injuries.
Roberts was not wearing a safety device. Korsmeyer was wearing a seat belt.
