Motorists using Missouri Route 94 in Callaway and Montgomery counties should plan for a longer trip Thursday through Saturday. Route 94 will be closed between Callaway County Route D east of Portland and Montgomery County Route P west of Bluffton, as contractors replace several culvert pipes in the area.
Motorists will be detoured around the work by using Routes D, K and P.
The work is part of a larger project that includes pavement repair, shoulder widening and resurfacing along Route 94. The work is expected to be complete by October.
