Morgan County authorities looking for three missing children

Sheriff's department issues Endangered Person Advisory

The Morgan County Sheriff's Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory in Mid-Missouri for three missing children following an incident occurring at 21228 Old Highway 5 near Fortuna at noon Friday.

The missing are identified as Semia Burrow, age 10; Davarias Burrow, 5; and Keyron Burrow, 2.

Semia is described as a black female, 4 feet tall, weighing 86 pounds. Davarias is a black male, 3 feet tall, weighing 40 pounds. Keyron is a black male, 3 feet tall, weighing 30 pounds. All three children are described as having brown hair, brown eyes and light complexions and they last were seen wearing underwear.

ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT GAZETTE/Brenda Bernet Ryan Cobb, staff sergeant in the Army National Guard at Fort Chaffee, and fiancee Breann Lewison, both of Van Buren, ride last Saturday in group of about 25 motorcycles participating in the Operation Thunder on the Trails poker run to benefit Camp Alliance. The group departed from Honda Powersports in Fort Smith for stops in Ozark, Scranton and Paris. Camp Alliance is a nonprofit in Fayetteville working to support Arkansas families of soldiers in the Army Reserves and National Guard.

The sheriff's department reports the children were abducted by their non-custodial father, Samson Burrow, a black male, age 31, 5'9" tall, weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The vehicle being sought is a black Jeep bearing unknown registration.

Authorities also say Semia Burrow has been diagnosed with chronic Myeloid Leukemia and has not taken her required daily medication. Her father is reportedly without her medication. The suspect and victims may be en route to the Eldon, Lake Ozark or Osage Beach areas.

Anyone seeing the missing children, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing persons is advised to immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Morgan County Sheriff's Department at 573-378-6297.
