Two restaurants in Fulton were recognized by a contest in "Rural Missouri" magazine.
In the annual reader-voted contest, Rural Missouri readers recognized two Fulton businesses as first place winners.
Beks -- an American gastropub and steakhouse in the Brick District -- was recognized as the best restaurant in rural Missouri.
"Diners with discerning taste flock to Beks in downtown Fulton for their delicious menu offerings and inviting atmosphere," Rural Missouri's website states.
Brooklyn Pizza -- an authentic New York style pizzeria -- was recognized by readers as the best pizza in rural Missouri.
The business was previously recognized as the best pizza in 2022.
