KINGDOM CITY - The North Callaway Ladybirds volleyball team had its five-match winning streak halted in a 25-10, 25-13 Eastern Missouri Conference loss to the Wright City Lady Wildcats on Tuesday night.
Junior middle hitter Colleen Meffert topped North Callaway (8-13) with four kills and sophomore outside hitter Nicole Emmons supplied three kills and three digs. Senior middle hitter Destri Eichman also posted three blocks.
The Ladybirds (4-11) lost the junior varsity match 25-15 and 25-8.
North Callaway hosts Father Tolton at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
