Fulton man arrested after allegedly assaulting 2 victims

Fulton Police arrested a man for domestic assault early Monday morning. Around 12:30 a.m., a female at an apartment on the 800 block of Bluff Street called police stating that she was being assaulted, according to a Fulton Police Department press release.

Officers responded and through their investigation determined that Nunley Maxwell, 28 of Fulton, had assaulted two victims after forcing his way into a home, according to the release. Nunley was arrested for third-degree domestic assault, first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, first-degree property damage and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Nunley was taken to the Callaway County Jail and his bond was set at $36,000.
