Freshmen Celia Mansour and Will Rushworth were tabbed as the American Midwest Conference female and male golfers of the Week, respectively, on Tuesday.
Mansour shot a 3-under-par 141 (70-71) to earn top female honors at the William Woods University Spring Invitational on March 30 at Tanglewood Golf Course in Fulton. Rushworth set a tournament record with a 10-under-par 134 (67-67) to garner first place in the men's division at the same event.
Both teams return to the course April 20-21 at the BEU/Mussatto Invitational in Macomb, Illinois.
