Senior middle hitter Joyla Ingram and sophomore setter Tyra Rogers both had six points in the Lady Eagles' 25-18, 17-25 and 25-17 loss to the Lady Indians on Saturday.
Missouri School for the Deaf (0-2) got five service points from sophomore setter Cheyenne Dickerson, four from sophomore outside hitter Elizabeth Harrison and two from sophomore outside hitter Avalon Saxton.
"They played their hearts out today," Lady Eagles head coach Heather Dunn said. "They're still learning the game, but overall they played well."
MSD fell in the junior varsity match 25-19, 17-25 and 15-7. The Lady Eagles (0-2) were led by senior Danna Harvey's 13 service points, while senior Azara Macker added 11.
MSD plays at Arkansas School for the Deaf at 10 a.m. next Saturday.
