Blue Jays take ninth, Lady Blue Jays 12th at St. Louis Fall Classic

Senior Daniel Lindaman's 34th-place effort guided the Westminster men to a ninth-place finish at the St. Louis Fall Cross Country Classic on Saturday.

Lindaman clocked a time of 28 minutes, 57 seconds. Junior Jesse Edwards earned 38th place with a result of 29:12. Freshman Glen Tuebner ran a 29:40, freshman Nathan Wilson finished in 31:49 and junior Nathan Fox closed out the Blue Jay runners with a 32:58.

Junior Claire Gibby topped the Westminster women with a 37th-place effort of 21:03. Junior Brier Skogsberg earned 49th, running a time of 21:30. Freshman Madison Zack logged a 22:09, freshman Shannon McCaul ran a 22:15 and senior Tiara Pettijohn ran 24 minutes even for the Lady Blue Jays.

Both Westminster teams will run at the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships at 10 a.m. this Saturday in Hillsboro, Illinois.
