Lady Blue Jays sophomore setter Kayla Reeg was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
Reeg posted 17 digs and four block assists in Westminster's four-set SLIAC win over Fontbonne last Tuesday, then followed that performance with 16 digs and three block assists in a straight-set victory over Greenville on Saturday.
For the week, Reeg averaged 4.71 digs per set.
The Lady Blue Jays (14-8, 12-1 SLIAC) hosted conference foe Iowa Wesleyan on Tuesday night, but results weren't available at press time.
Westminster continues its SLIAC homestand against Spalding at 7 p.m. on Friday.
