Junior outside hitter Emily Becker's 11 kills sparked the Lady Owls to a 25-17, 25-23 and 32-30 win over the Lady Colonials on Saturday.
Sophomore middle hitter Stephanie Davis logged seven kills for William Woods (18-12). The Lady Owls prevailed despite connecting on just 12.8 percent of their attacks.
Freshman setter Brittney Engelbrecht posted 39 assists, while senior defensive specialist Abbie O'Mara added 25 digs.
The Lady Owls return to American Midwest Conference play with a road clash at Missouri Baptist at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
