South Callaway's first season in the Eastern Missouri Conference was a successful one as the Bulldogs' undefeated conference-title squad finished with nine first-team all-EMO selections.
Senior Troy Hentges was a first-team honoree at both quarterback and defensive back, while senior running back Cory Hanger was a unanimous first-team pick at running back and defensive back.
Senior Michael Witt was an unanimous first teamer on the offensive line and was named to the second team as a linebacker.
Senior Mason Shoemaker was a first-team selection as a wingback-flanker, while junior offensive lineman Dylan Bailey also picked up a first-team bid.
Seniors Dylan Hare and Luke Horstman were unanimous first-team defensive ends, while senior Dakoda Ballard earned a first-team nod on the defensive line. Horstman was also a second-team pick at punter.
Seniors Caleb Sconce and Dillon Stone were first-team picks at place kicker and linebacker, respectively.
Senior defensive lineman Jacob Smith and senior defensive back Tyler Adams were also second-team honorees.
Head coach Tim Rulo was named EMO Coach of the Year after guiding the Bulldogs to a 7-0 mark in conference play.
