•Fulton Preschool closed Thursday
Other cancellations:
•SERVE Transportation closed Thursday
•The Harriet Tubman program at the Callaway County Public Library (originally scheduled for Feb. 6) has been postponed. It will be rescheduled for March. Details to come.
