A Tebbetts man was killed after being hit by a truck that rolled back and hit him.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show Paul Ferguson, 49, was working in the 10900 block of Callaway County Road 485 around 11 a.m. Wednesday.
The truck had been stopped on the road, facing northwest and was unoccupied.
Somehow it began rolling backwards, went off the road and into a field entrance, striking Ferguson who was closing a cattle gate.
