MUSTANG arrests Fulton man on drug dealing charges

A Fulton man was arrested Friday after the regional drug task force executed a search warrant at his home on Westminster Avenue on Friday.

Mid-Missouri Unified Strike Team and Narcotics Group (MUSTANG), along with the Callaway County Sheriff's Department and FUlton Police Department's Special Response Team conducted a narcotics-related search warrant in the 1700 block of Westminster Avenue in Fulton, according a press release from MUSTANG.

During the investigation, detectives seized suspected crack cocaine, suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia including digital scales and packaging material, the press release stated. Detectives also seized about $18,000 in U.S. currency and two handguns.

Alan Lawson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jennifer Lawson was also arrested for an outstanding warrant.
