Lady Blue Jays’ faith in process earns return trip

It’s what Westminster College men’s basketball coach Matt Mitchell constantly preaches to Braden, who impressed that on her own Westminster Lady Blue Jays this season.

Trust in the process, Braden told her team, and it would get to where it happens to be right now — winners of the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference postseason tournament and back in the NCAA Division III tournament for a second straight year.

Westminster (17-10) plays at Simpson College (25-2) in the opening round at 7 tonight in Indianola, Iowa.
