Callaway County's Brick District has put out a wanted ad for hunters, sellers and buyers of morels and microbrew for the Morels and Microbrew Festival to be held 1-5 p.m. Saturday, April 20 on Court Street.
The Brick District Association is hosting the event.
The festival offers free admission and opportunities for fun for the entire family, including live music from the Rockatomics, a morel auction, face painting, games and contests.
Because it is both Westminster College and William Woods University's alumni weekend, shuttles will go to and from both campuses.
"We want everyone to come and talk about it, we'll have people who bring them [morels] in and auctioneers who sell them," said Garry Vaught, Beks owner and member of the Brick District Association.
