The Callaway County Sheriff's Office received a call at approximately 2 p.m. to the 6200 block of the road for a burglary in progress regarding two suspects stealing farm equipment from the property. Upon arrival, deputies found Daniel W. Albert, 42, of Fulton, and Robert M. Allison III, 24, of Auxvasse, loading a set of front end loader tractor attachment arms into the back of their pickup. CCSO was aided by an agent with the Missouri Department of Conservation who was nearby and responded to assist.

The suspects were arrested and charged with felony stealing over $500. Allison also had an outstanding Callaway warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while revoked.

Both were taken to the Callaway County Jail, where Albert posted $4,500 bond and Allison posted $4,500 bond with an additional $500 on the other charge.
