Deputies arrest two with felony warrants

Callaway County Sheriff deputies took two men to jail Wednesday who had outstanding felony warrants for their arrest on previous charges.

Robert Justin Vaught

• Robert “Justin” Vaught, 22, of 12369 County Road 4031, Holts Summit. Vaught was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court on warrants for resisting arrest and domestic assault. He also was arrested for possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute.

Paul McKibben

• Paul McKibben, 26, of 4201 Crim Court, Jefferson City. McKibben was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court on a burglary charge.

Deputies from the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office reported they observed Vaught operating a vehicle at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday on County Road 4012 near Holts Summit. After a traffic stop, Vaught was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
