Topeka, Kan. The William Woods baseball team took three of four games at the Lake Shawnee Complex Tournament in Topeka over the weekend.
The Owls (10-5) dropped the final game of the weekend 6-4 on Sunday. In Sunday’s first game, William Woods bested Northwestern College 10-1. Junior center fielder Jacob Harrison was 3-for-3 with a double and two RBI and junior left fielder Robert Butvin was 2-for-3 with an RBI and a double. Junior second baseman Jordan Thompson had a pair of hits and an RBI as well.
