Jada Bennington closed out her career with the William Woods University women’s golf team by becoming the second-ever first-team Capital One CoSIDA Academic All-American selection for the Owls, it was announced Monday.
Bennington — a Beloit, Wis., native — was tabbed as a member of the at-large first team and was joined by sophomore Jamie Palermo, who earned third-team accolades.
