HALLSVILLE North Callaway hung on for three quarters against the No. 1 team in the state. But it's the fourth quarter that eventually got them.
The Ladybirds went scoreless for the first six minutes of the final period in falling to the Hallsville Lady Indians 42-29 in Mid-Missouri Conference play on Monday night. Hallsville was responsible for North Callaway's first loss on the year, a 56-38 defeat in the Centralia Tournament on Dec. 5.
