After a biscuits and gravy breakfast, Fulton Mayor LeRoy Benton gave an address on supporting and serving fellow community members Thursday morning at the annual Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast.
“The more we support each other, the stronger we become as a community,” Benton told those attending the 6:30 a.m. breakfast.
The mayor said with the recent tornado disasters in Joplin and Sedalia that he wanted people to know the city and county both have emergency plans in place.
