Fulton police arrest two after drug deal

Two Fulton men are behind bars after Fulton Police got a tip that the men were participating in a drug deal on Tuesday night.

According to Fulton Police, the tip said that the transaction was happening at the Fastlane Convenience Store on Cardinal Drive. There, officers found Jordan L. Harris, 21, of Fulton and Anthony J. Brennan, 19, of Fulton. Both were arrested. Police said the tip came in around 10:30 Tuesday night.

Harris is jailed on suspicion of possession with intent to deliver more than five grams of marijuana. The charge is a felony with a bond of $20,000. Brennan was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Both charges are misdemeanors holding a bond of $1,000

Fulton Police took both men to the Callaway County Jail.

they are guilty of the terrible crime of selling a plant that grows wild in the midwest! Jordan should have just stuck to binge drinking!

Drug paraphernalia and intent to distribute an illegal drug. Serves them right.
