Both North and South Callaway landed three players on the Missouri High School Football Coaches Association all-state team.

Senior free safety Ben Seitz and senior linebacker Hunter Leeper were second-team Class 2 selections. Seitz — a two-way selection on the Class 2 all-district team and the All-Mid Missouri Conference team — accumulated 90 tackles (58 solo), snatched six interceptions, forced three fumbles and recovered five.

Leeper led South Callaway with 99 tackles — 57 solo — while picking off three passes and recovering and forcing a pair of fumbles. The 5-foot-11, 170-pounder also garnered Class 2 first-team all-district and All-MMC honors on defense.

Junior defensive lineman Dylan Atterberry, a second-team all-district selection and a first-team All-MMC honoree, was a third-team all-state honoree. The 5-foot-11, 280-pound defensive tackle hauled in 34 tackles, including 20 solo.
